Help Desk Technicians are primarily responsible for responding to Help Desk and NOC alerts but also may handle Service Calls at customer sites. The ability to troubleshoot and repair problems independently, complete necessary paperwork and provide 100% time accountability are a must.      

Field Technicians are responsible for handling service calls at customer sites, troubleshooting and repairing hardware, software and network problems independently, completing necessary paperwork in addition to performing Level I tasks and undergoing training to advance.

Systems Engineers exhibit a high level of technical knowledge that is applied to customer’s technical issues and problems. This position will be responsible to also effectively research and design technical solutions for customer opportunities.  

Senior Systems Engineers exhibit a high level of technical knowledge that is applied to customer’s technical issues and problems. This position will be responsible to also assist other less technical staff members in resolving issues or developing technical solutions for company’s customers and to effectively research and design technical solutions for customer opportunities.
